Hasna Atry
Leading: Pranayama, Partner Yoga, Meditation, Thai Massage
Hasna teaches a blend of Hatha Yoga integrating Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa and Kundalini into her practice. She gathers inspiration from the invigorating power of discovery that yoga offers the mind, body and spirit. She brings light and playfulness into all of her vinyasa classes drawing from the love of the oneness of all. With a background in social services and counseling, Hasna believes deeply in supporting others along their personal path of healing and growth with heartfelt presence. Her approach is to encourage students to understand where each pose may be felt, rather than being attached to looking like the pose in the picture.  She also incorporates pranayama (breath control) into her teachings to de-stress and relax the body and intellect.

Kelli Refer
Leading:  Mythological Yoga, Nurturing Rituals, Om Circle.
Kelli is currently a yoga teacher and studying Shamanic Herbalism on Whidbey Island. She offers a yoga practice where students explore everything from Power Vinyasa to Yoga Nidra and Pranayama. Balancing effort and ease, work and play, Kelli invites a sense of exploration and whimsy onto the mat. Her work with kids creative movement and dance also mingle and mix with more traditional yoga practices. She believes it is important to listen to the needs of her students to help them find expansion and grow from a place of centered strength.  Check out my website here.

Kelli has always had a special connection to trees and plants. She is currently enrolled as an Apprentice with Crow’s Daughter Mystery School learning the Wise Woman tradition of herbalism. In this retreat she will encourage connection with the green beings on Orcus Island and help you uncover the nourishment that is growing all around you.

Christina Ellis
Christina EllisLeading: Inversion Practice, Hips and Twists
Christina started practicing yoga in 2002 to reduce stress and clear her mind, but she soon found her practice offered much more.  It inspired her to get her teaching certification through Yoga Works in 2008 in order to help others find the peace of mind that she has through yoga.  Christina is Yoga Alliance Certified and is constantly learning from all the teachers around her.  Her accessible approach combines a Vinyasa flow with a focus on alignment.  She would love to guide you on your journey to a healthier and happier body and mind!

Ariel Lauryn
Leading: Dynamysing the Senses, Journaling, Meditation
Ariel is a freelance theatre artisan in Seattle, working as an actor, painter, and carpenter.  Aspiring to one day teach theatre as a means to cultivate a sense of self and community, she is currently collecting experiences in all fields to enrich her teachings.  She believes that one’s energy and spirit are made stronger when they are allowed to take part in the flow of the energies surrounding us.  To take part in this energy, one need only to connect: both to the self, through self exploration; and to others, and there is nothing like play to connect to others.  Fear performing?  Never written?  Worry not!  Her workshops are not to train you as an actor or a writer.  They are merely an invitation to play.

I design meals to make you feel amazing. My meals draw from the wisdom of Local and Seasonal eating, Ayurveda, Raw and Living foods. I am here as a resource for you and your food needs!
